Red Squirrel Nymph
This is the second video in our series on how to tie fuzzy nymphs and streamer flies using hair and fur from skin patches. In this video I tie a typical fuzzy nymph inspired by Polly Rosborough’s flies and Dave Whitlock’s Red Fox Squirrel Nymph.
I use this for trout fishing but it is great for perch, panfish and any other insect eating fish.
This is the second video in a series of 5. If you haven’t seen the first – check it out right here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZi8g8p8CIY
Thanks for watching :0)

Long story short
Support the Global FlyFisher through several different channels, including PayPal.
Long story longer
The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
